Shipping policy

Items pre order will be posted after the date of arrival, if you order a pre order and in stock item in one order they’ll both be posted out ONCE the pre order is in stock.

 

Personalised items are from order 10 working days to be personalised plus postage time.

Collections are usually ready within 24 hours of in stock items.

ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN POSTED AND IN THE HANDS OF THE SHIPPING COMPANY, LITTLE ANNS BARES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS,DAMAGE OR STOLEN PARCELS. 

Any discrepancies should be taken up with the postal company. Of course Little Ann’s will endeavour to help in any way possible but we are not responsible for such losses and cannot offer return or replacement for lost,stolen,damaged parcels.
